As healthcare providers work around the clock to battle and contain COVID-19, we are grateful to support those efforts with fast production of critical protective equipment. Additive manufacturing allows us to quickly produce and ship small runs of up to 1,000 pieces nationwide.

AVID Face Shield

Clinicians and patients stay safer with a 7mm PED clear plastic shield and our 3D printed headband-frame made of skin-safe PA-12 nylon. This critical piece of PPE ships in bulk packs including 100 headband-frames and 500 clear shields, with instructions for how to assemble onsite.

Mask Adjuster

Make long hours under a mask more comfortable with a flexible adjuster that reduces ear pain and irritation. Our adjuster fits all standard surgical or N95 masks. As a small token of appreciation, Roadrunner 3D will provide 100 complimentary adjusters to hospitals and healthcare institutions, selling additional pieces in packs of 100.

Hands Free Door Control

Quickly address high-touch areas in clinical and other work settings with hands-free options for opening and closing doors. Two low-tech alternatives can be quickly installed to help reduce the spread of infection.

Materialise Arm Handles easily convert most standard door handles so they can be controlled using the arm instead of the hand.

Hands Free Door Opener (Open with your foot)

AVID Foot Pedals installed on average weight solid or hollow interior doors let users open and close doors using the feet only.
